    HI,

    We have a issue that we recently add two devices(192.168.11.33/34) to a harvester(172.16.4.196), but these two device can only be found in Enable Interfaces tag. The last flow column of these router always showed "Never".

     

    We already use PacketMon to check the netflow which is normally send to the correct harvester through port 9995, and SNMP configuration is good as well.

     

    Is there anyway to find out why our Console unable to display Netflow information for these two device?

    Check if the devices are sending flows properly. Whether all the required netflow fileds are present? Refer to below link:

    If all the required netflow fields are present and still you are not getting, try to cleanup router entries by following below link:
