I would like to create a SAML assertion using a wizard on the Administrative UI.  I am new at SAML and would like help on finding a starting point please.

    I am a beginner at Single Sign On and SAML and would like some guidance on how I can use a provided wizard with the Single Sign On in order to follow and create my assertion file as well as downloading the certificate to then give out to the Service provider or the Affiliate site so they can upload the certificate on their affiliate server.
