    Hi all,

    Does anyone know what all versions of tomcat are supported in CA Service Desk R12.7?

    Hi EMS,

     

    I happen to have the Release Notes for CA Service Desk r12.7 and it states "Apache Tomcat 7.0.23". 

     

    BTW, CA Service Desk r12.7 is no longer supported. Any reasons why you still need this info instead of upgrading to latest version?

    Hi EMS,

    As brain Stated R12.7 is End of Support. We ship 7.0.23 version of Tomcat. Any point release of this version of 7.0.x is supported.

    Please make sure you also update the tomcat details for Vizualizer, Support Automation.

    my 2 cents:

     

    I had the same issue: tomcat version question 

    I have tried various versions up to 7.0.65 but finally have reverted back to 7.0.23 due to attachments failure.
