PTF patches are only available through CA Spectrum Support. You will need to open a case.

Can I make a comment about this.

We have seen an error regarding the REST interface and 10.2

This was resolved quickly by support and a patch will be made available next week. However I do think there should be a snag list for issues. I say this because if I could just go to it., check if my problem is there no need to raise a support call ?

The Spectrum patches can conflict with other patches, they are primarily built to resolve one issue.  This is why we do not currently make them available for download without contacting support.  We also do  not want you to install a patch unless you have the problem or anticipate having the problem the patch was built to resolve.  Support also uses the case that is opened to upload what is needed for patches, this helps us track who is getting what.

Most of the patches we release will have a knowledgebase doc to further explain the problem and fix, these are meant to help self-identify if you are having the problem and would need the patch stated in the KB.  These KB are included in the patch list document as they are published Spectrum 10.2.0 Patch List .

As of a meeting we had at my company yesterday, we decided just to install the PTF_10.2.003 patch.

As recommended, the others could be installed only if we had issues.
