    Hi,

We have a Location OBS which is associated with Project, Resource and a custom object.

The OBS field is available to be selected from Filter Layout only. It is not available to be selected from in Edit layout and list layout.  When a new custom object is created, the same is available in all layouts as expected.

We are currently in V13.3 and clarity is existing for more than 9 yrs in our organization. I am not sure if this was hidden from some scripts or while migration.

I checked for some files like C:\apps\clarity\META-INF\projmgr\omd\obs.xml where i dint get any clue.

is there something i can check for?

The OBS is not visible in front end. but the access rights are working.

Projects are created from scripts which tag the OBS & the access is working normally.

    Thanks,

    Aish

The post is related to portlets. I am unable to view/place the OBS field in object instances for the existing OBS related objects. For newly created objects, i can do.

Hi Aish. I recall seeing something like this in our environment (10 years On Premise - 14.3). I think I worked out a sneaky back door via XOG to accomplish my goals and move on. If you can't come up with a work around, I recommend opening a ticket with Support.

Thank you Robert_Ensinger. I can find the OBS info from DB but would be good to place it in object sometimes later.

The issue is that the UI doesn't present this as an option on these existing 'legacy' object instances, yes? If yes, please open a ticket with support? I could be misunderstanding - but I'm trying to confirm that yes, I saw something like this too, thought it worthy of opening a case and having CA investigate it but chose not to. If you're stuck - please open a case?

    Just checking..
Do you have partitions in this system? If yes, have you checked the views of all the partitions?
