  • 1.  What exactly do the Status Report actions do

The actions for the Status Report object are

All are system. How can I see what exactly they do.

Clicking the name in the Action column opens the action details

which really does not tell much and you cannot get any further from there.

How can I find out what exactly do the Status Report actions do?

Why do I see only one Copy in the Action menu and not all?

    Hi

No need to add them in the [Action Menu] in the status report object and ensure user has rights to run them.

The most common one used the once to copy a previous status reports, so PMs save time due to many times, status report is weekly and some project do not variance so much from previous week.

Create New is not really used from action Menu since users have already the "new" button.

    Thanks Aurora_Gaimon

It is not a rights issue. I do have all global rights.

It got a little better after reinstalling the PMO add in. See

Copy action lists status reports for all projects - is that a bug?

but still don't see all of them in the Action menus

and have not found the descriptions of the  OOTB actions.
