    Issue:

     

    I'm installing and configuring a Web Agent, and I've got this error reported
    in the configuration log file :

     

    WARNING - Key error: Unable to get key: 4301
    Host Registration failed: "/app/siteminder/webagent/bin/smreghost"
    Environment:
    Web Agent 12.52SP1CR01

     

    Cause:

     

    The registration process reports this error because
    it cannot reach the Policy Server ports.

     

    Resolution:

     

    Check that there's nothing between Web Agent and Policy Server
    which would block access to those Policy Server ports 44441, 44442
    and 44443. Insure also that the Policy Server is up and running
    and actually listen on these ports.
