How to display the time  at which SLA expires for the ticket in a webi report?

  • 1.  How to display the time  at which SLA expires for the ticket in a webi report?

    In a particular report , we want to display the time at which the ticket SLA will expire (i.e. Fire Time) . But , when the ticket is in hold status(During which the displayed fire time is of the year 1970) , we want to mask the time and display "On Hold" . Currently in webi rich client we are using the formula  as under:

     

    =If([firetimeyear]=1970) Then "On Hold" Else [Fire Time]

     

    But using this the time is not displayed and only the date is displayed ie. dd/MM/yyyy . We want to display the time too i.e. dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss . The 'format number' isn't working for this.

    Kindly help.
