Is Siteminder Web agent 12.52 SP01 CR05 is compatible with IIS 10 and windows 2016? Iam facing errors while accessing an application after configuring the webagent.

Siteminder webagent 12.52 Sp1 CR05 is not compatible with IIS 10 and Win 2016 .

Refer PSM for supported versions.

We have no support yet for the Web Agent 12.52SP1CR05 on IIS 10 on Windows 2016.

But it's planned to get it certified but we have no ETA for that. Consult our
roadmap here :

Web Agent 12.52SP1CR08 and above are certified with IIS 10 on
Windows 2016. See the Support Matrix :

     A pre-Ga version of CA SSO 12.52 SP1 Agent for IIS 10 on Windows
     2016 has been posted in the CA SSO validation program on
     Validate.CA.Com. You are invited to enroll in that program and
     download this pre-ga version for your testing. Ideally, we will
     want to ship this agent once it has successfully passed
     validation testing.
