    Hi everyone.

     

    I have problem when try deleted an alarm, this is the error:

     

    An unknown error has occurred.
    Refreshing your browser may resolve the issue.

    Details:
    com.firehunter.ump.exceptions.DataFactoryException : null

    Stack Trace:
    (6) permission denied, Received status (6) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'close_alarms'

    My environment is: UIM 8.47 and UMP 8.47

     

    Has anyone had this happen?

    As a potential quick fix, try deactivating the "wasp" probe on the UMP server, and the "trellis" probe on the UIM server, then reactivate both of them and check the result.
