  • 1.  RA Export - Identify thread in JMX

    Posted Apr 10, 2017 05:23 AM

    Hi Experts,

We have a rogue RA Export process running in RA v6.3 for more than 36 hours.

Can you please guide as how we can kill the export as we dont have any option to do it in ROC.

Can we do it from JMX ? what is the thread in JMX to invoke to kill the export.

    Thanks

    Hi Paneendra,

I recommend to check <RA Server>/logs/nolio_export.log on RA Management Server.

If following logs are recorded repeatedly, you should restart RA server daemon/service and don't export the application because of similar reason with another thread.RA 552 Export error

It is possible to reoccur when you attempt to export problematic application.

2017-01-13 17:26:04,564 [http-nio-8080-exec-3] DEBUG (com.nolio.platform.server.dataservices.services.exportimport.model.exportdata.DataExporter:107) - the flow [NNNN] cannot be exported yet- either target [ExecutableInstance{name='<Name>',id=NNNN}] or source[ExecutableInstance{name='<Name>',id=NNNN}] haven't been exported yet

If your environment is in this situation, please open a support case.

    Thanks

Additionally, we already have an idea. If you need, please vote it up.

Enhancement to obtain a mecanism to abort export/import blocked with errors.

    Thanks

    Hi Yasuyuki,

The export logs are not updated since 3 hrs.

There was no error reported in logs.

    Regards
