Our organization is looking for an independent cloud monitoring tool. The cloud provider has not been selected yet.
The main criteria for selection are:
1- Multi tenancy
2- Integration with clients "profiles": the monitoring tool should configure itself to monitor the client "profile" environment metrics such as CPU, memory, disk, etc.. Meaning, once the client has selected servers in the cloud, the monitoring should configure itself to monitor the selected servers without administrators intervention. This should include alarms notifications.
Can CA UIM for Cloud do this?
