Hi Cagdas Can Kapar,
This message means that the installer was not able to connect to SQL or was able to connect but could not create the db tables that the installer uses to store info about what apps are installed on what servers. Take a look at the install log in the temp directory to see if it has any relevant info.

You can try to useSupportArmyKnife1.3.jar before to execute the installation.
Open the log files and search more details.
Start a debugging session
Out of DB Validation - Cannot connect to xxxx - A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server
