  • 1.  Licensing in CA SDM 12.7 & 14.1

    Hi All,

    Kindly help us to understand that how to apply license key for CA service desk manager 14.1.

    We were earlier on version 12.7. Is there any difference in license key applying?

    How do they calculate the count of utilized licenses?

    Hi EMS,

     

    Service Desk r14.1 does NOT use the license file anymore. We have done away with this requirement. So there is no need to worry about that.

     

    For license utilization count, there is a OOTB report you can use. Refer to a similar thread: CASD Analyst Licence Count
