    Roger,

     

      Could you give some more explanation about what part of Gen you are referring to?  Is your question about the development environment, maybe the CSE or HE?  Or is the question about runtime?  If so, what type of application environment is it?

    I am talking about runtime on a UNIX or a Linux server.  I need to know how

    many agents are signed into the system and using the funnels and demons.

    From a Gen perspective regarding the Transaction Enabler (aefuf/aefad), you can use the DISPLAY transaction from within the AEFC to monitor users.   See the Gen document 'Transaction Enabler User Guide', and the section on 'Realtime Monitoring' starting on page 40.  The users being processed should be shown in the upper left corner on the screen.  Note that this is a dynamic value and you would need to hit the ENTER key repeatedly to refresh it.
