  • 1.  Service Desk Data Utility Tool?

    Does CA have plans to create a standalone Windows or Java application, similar to pdm_configure, that will include the functionality of the following command line tools: pdm_userload, pdm_load, grloader, and coracleanup?  It would be really nice to have an application with a GUI where you can pick what you want to do, select the appropriate options, then press GO.

    Not sure of the intention of CA but several companies have done their own tool to fill that gap.

    Agree that this will be grate to have one provided and supported by CA.

    Is not much effort to and will pay back for the customer base.

    I think there is already an idea for it that you may want t to vote for

    Scott,

    Such a feature is not included in the next release, 17.0. The best bet in getting such a feature into a future release would be to upvote an existing Idea (Jerome, if you happen to know where the existing one is, maybe you could share it here) or create a new one.

    Are you speaking something like this idea?

    Create GUI for GRLoader/ADT for CMDB

    Possibly.  We do not have PAM installed yet.
