Seeing the recent news about the WannaCry and Petya ransomware cyber attacks is concerning for all of us that work in the technology industry. I have talked to several customers who have spent a huge chunk of their time patching systems over the last month.

At ServiceAide security is always a critical concern for us. Because we store and manage your data, we fully understand the risk that these attacks have to your business and in turn ours. We applied all of the latest security patches to Staging and Production systems. Additionally, all of our cloud environments are behind a secure layer and all public access to servers are revoked.

We will continue working with our operations and infrastructure partners to ensure we are applying the latest patches and are aware of any potential attacks.
