A customer recently encountered a problem when trying to configure the PAM client when it was configured to use a proxy. After logging in they were getting disconnected from PAM, with "Potential Tampering" messages in the Session Log. These messages are typically related to certificate mismatches. Engineering pointed us to the "Ignore proxy certificate" option on the PAM client's Settings page. With this box checked the customer had no problems connecting to, and using, PAM.
