Geolocation is used with CEM not Introscope. Details are in the wiki.

    Hi Olivia:

Since 10.3, Geolocation is also now part of browser agent as well. See Advanced Browser Agent Configuration - CA Application Performance Management - 10.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

Advanced Browser Agent Configuration - CA Application Performance Management - 10.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

    introscope.agent.browseragent.geolocation.enabled

Toggles the capture of geographic coordinates.

Important! If TRUE, this property provides a confirmation pop-up to allow or deny geolocation.

Browser Agent uses the HTML5 Geolocation API from the browsers that support it. This API is asynchronous in that it is non-blocking and uses callbacks to report its coordinates. As a result, geo-location might not be available during the first page load or page refresh.

But the CEM and Browser Agent geolocation are covered in the documentation. Please review and feel free to then ask follow-up questions

    Thanks

    Hal German

Just to clarify that the CEM BT Geo-Location feature was first added in APM 10.2:

CA APM Release Notes - CA Application Performance Management - 10.2 - CA Technologies Documentation

It was also enhanced in APM 10.3 to provide a REST accessible service running on MOM

    Dear Olivia:

I am sorry to hear this. I can tell you personally that you really can get a lot out of  attending the APM training to take full advantage of the solution. We do document a lot in Videos, the official documentation, and the 30-60 Knowledge Documents released each month. But the training provides a good framework to build on.

Do review the above sources to assist in your education. Many answers can be found therein.

    Hi Yadav,

Due to the 10.5 change in Browser Agent design to use DxC the old properties have been removed from the agent profile.

CA APM Release Notes - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation  (see Deleted Properties)

They are now in the DxC profile.json e.g. Digital Experience Collector (DxC)

    Hope that helps

    Regards,

    Lynn
