  • 1.  Limit dispalying to only assigned incidents in the Mobile App

    Hi guys,I need to let analyst user seens only his assigned tickets (means tickets of other analysts should not be viewed) when using the mobile application.

     

    I configured restriction in data partition by using constraint assignee = @root.id in call_req table but in vain

    Hi Youssef,  I believe that this one is the same as your other post - Limit incidents seen to affected analyst only in the mobile app ... can you confirm?

    It should work...do you have DP on the "REST Web Service API" role?

    If after check this and it still does not work, please open a Support case for this.

    I have to choose REST role also and match the role with constraint configured.
