    After a sudden drop of energy began to occur the following message:
     
    TSS0390E UNEXPECTED ERROR, CODE = 075
    TSS0301I LIST FUNCTION FAILED, RETURN CODE = 16
    command:
    TSS LIST(AE9D326) DATA(BASIC,PASSWORD,ALL)

    Does anyone know how to proceed?

    Sounds to me like TSS was in the middle of an update when your world went dark.

     

    I would start with the TSS database management tools, specifically TSSFAR against the TSS Backup database - assuming F TSS,BACKUP doesn't fail.  You could then use TSSMAINT to build a new database.
