    Kindly assist with below alert

    All WAAE servers are on AIX 7.1 -->  11.3.5 incr4 cum sep_16.

     

    <scheduler_name> - DB_PROBLEM - Error Code: 523 CAUAJM_E_10619 Return values from dual database writes disagree.  Databases may no longer be synchronized. ID[29] ESA[0] ESB[1]

    All below tables have same count.

     

    ujo_event2

    ujo_proc_event

    ujo_event

    ujo_job_runs

    Hi Utkarsh,

     

    When you get the following messages in WAAE 11.3.5 release:

     

    "Return values from dual database writes disagree.  Databases may no longer be synchronized."

     

    the solution will be to run "reconcile" scripts available under $AUTOSYS/dbobj/ORA directory.

     

    By default the "reconcile" scripts are available under the following location:

     

    /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/autosys/dbobj/ORA

     

    I will be helping you to apply the solution through the case you have opened at CA Support.

    Here is additional information that can be handy, it came from Scott Fowler's expertise.

    Summary quote: The "noupdate.sql" script can be run to see if there are inconsistencies and these can be resolved by running the "reconcile_comm_ora.sql" script.

    If you are on your own, then it is smart to have a DBA on hand to run these.
