    Hi Babu,

To identify the root cause , we will need to capture and analyze the packaged core dump from the Policy server crash.

Also, what is your exact Policy server version ?

There may also be known issue pertaining to your version which may have been fixed in later releases.

I would suggest capturing a packaged core dump from the crash and providing it to ca support to identify the root cause of the crash.

    Hi Babu,

I am assuming you meant 12.52SP1, without knowing the CR here are couple of relevant PS crash issue fixed in CR6 :

SSO Policy Server r12.52 Defect Fixes History

    21955636-01
    DE105858
Policy Server intermittently crashes when processing certificates.

    00206326

    DE133031
Policy Server restarts with Module Faults.

    00374788
    DE162137
Policy Server crashes while running the publish command.

If you are using earlier version , there could be more known issue fixes.

If possible , I would recommend upgrading to the latest 12.52Sp1CR7 and see if that resolves the issue.
If not, please open a ticket with CA support and provide packaged core from the crash and other relevant information for us to troubleshoot the issue.
