You may encounter problems running the CA PAM Client, after it appears to have installed correctly.  We've seen instances where this was resolved by reducing the amount of memory used by the PAM Client.  To do this, go to the folder where the PAM Client is installed and edit the settings.properties file.  The memory.max field is likely set to 1024.  Change it to 800, save the file, and try to start the PAM Client again.  If it still does not work please enable debug logging, by creating an empty file called log.user.properties.  Attempt to start the PAM Client again, and download the logs.log file, also in the same folder.  Create a ticket and attach this file.
