Those of you who work in secure environments may want to re-check your access to CA Support Online today. CA have implemented a new support portal, which uses new domains/servers that may be blocked by your company's firewall.
In my case, the firewall blocked access to https://catech.force.com
As far as I know there was no advance notification of the new domain/server requirements, so we need a list of the new domains/servers in order to open network flow requests for access.
There is no access to the old CA Support Portal so until these flows are opened you may need to access CA Support from outside your company's network.
