    Please suggest on how to integrate CA ITPAM with the IBM BigFix.

    We do not have an out-of-the-box integration with IBM bigfix.  But Process Automation has generic web service operators as well as JDBC operators to query databases.  Looking at IBM bigfix doc, it looks like both are available to be queried:

    I am working on Server Decommission Automation. I am referring to removal of server from BigFix tool.

     

    How to achieve this?

    So this would be a web service call to IBM bigfix.  You will have to consult the IBM doc on the exact web service call to do this.  Then use the wsdl operator in PAM.
