Could anybody please let me know from where i can download the CA APM Power Pack for Oracle Monitoring.

Any link for downloading exe or noinstaller would be greatly appreciated.

but to summarize:

1- select downloa and enter "CA Application Performance Management Agent MULTI-PLATFORM"

2-select your product realese from the drop down list boxes on the top right hand side

3- for example for 10.5.2, you would need to download this package

INTROSCOPE AGENT INSTALLERS R10.5.2.0 GEN06091313E.tar

4- extract it, the oracle PP is bundled within the Powerpack installer:

IntroscopeStandaloneAgentPPInstaller10.5.2.15windows.zip
or
IntroscopeStandaloneAgentPPInstaller10.5.2.15unix.tar

Please note that if you are using OracleDB 12c, you would need to update the oracle PP startup script to use ojdbc7.jar and JVM 1.8 - see attached word document I created for a customer to illustrate how to install the PP using a custom password & OracleDB12c.
