  • 1.  Change email address for Communities registration

    Hi Customer Care, Chris Hackett (CA Communities) pointed me to your team for resolution on my question. I am moving on from my organisation to a different organisation and need to change my email address for my CA Communities account registration. I have tried to self service on this, but can't.

     

    The email address that I want to switch to has been registered against my profile as the alternative email address.

     

    Any assistance here would be helpful.

    Hi Christopher,

     

    Once you have an Enterprise/Partner access, meaning your account is linked to either a Site ID or Partner ID, you have advanced access to CA Support Online or to the Partner Portal. For security purposes it is not possible to update your email address when you have this type of access and this task has to be performed by CA.

     

    Said that, I will raise a case on your behalf to have your account correctly updated with your new email address and also with the new organisation's details.

     

    I will contact you privately once I raised the case.
