I have been able to verify that you were registered to an older Site ID of your company which is not in use since 2014. I have found the correct Site ID to be used and have requested additional site access on your behalf.
This triggered an automated request in our queue which I have already accepted. You should have received an automated email informing you of this. I have also removed the older Site ID from your profile as you will not need it.
Please be informed that the update I have performed will take about 4 hours to feed through to your account. Once the feed has gone through correctly you will be able to find your products available for download as well as for case management.
