I'm not be able to find a recent version of these documents, all links found refers on an not existing url.

all links in the page you mention are broken, I obtain "404 Not Found" message. Is it my connection problem?

Correct - the Service Desk green books were a bit aged and thus were removed from the support site some time ago.  If you need one we may be able to post it here for you - I do have copies on my local system.
