  • 1.  Error while adding list of IT Asset MANGER17.0

    Dear Team,

    while adding ITAM(17.0) from options(Directory-> List Management -> Operating System) we are getting error as mentioned below.

     

    Please check and do needful. 

     

     

    Error(s): Unable to load DLL 'coraapi': The specified module could not be found.     Hi Pullareddy,

     

    Looking at the error, it looks as though the coraapi.dll file might be missing. So go to the '~CA/ITAM/CORA' folder and check if this file exists?

     

    Also go to Administration -> system configuration - CORA settings and send the screen print thereof. This may help to validate if the settings are set correctly to point to correct path of this (coraapi.dll) file.

    Thank you for your response.

    Both files are available at said locations. please find screenshot.

     

    CA/ITAM/CORA ----- > coraapi.dll

    Administration -> system configuration - CORA settings

     

     

     

    Still problem not resolved. please do need full.

    This may require some in depth investigation. I would suggest you log a support case. Once resolved you can then come back to this post to update the community on how this was eventually resolved.

    The CORA settings are incorrect in the screenshot above.  (There are 3 checked ON (true).

     

    Either set them to False, True, True, False, if using the registration service  (preferred method)

    or

    set them to True, True, False,False to use the old realtime CORA method.
