We moved the ca ppm database from prod to staging. Some processes on staging stopped working. What could've caused this? The whole database was moved not just the data.
What do you mean by, "stopped working"? Do new instances of processes not progress? Or are old instances - started before the backup was taken - still processing?
Also, how was the DB backup taken? Was the backup taken while CA PPM Services were running?
Some steps are not being executed as they should be. A calculated field from the object won’t get updated by the subobject.
The services should be down while the backup was taken. I can’t confirm 100%
Have you tried restarting the bg, or the entire instance itself?
