CA Service Management

Would it not be great if CA can implement an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) between the different CA Service Management software? This way we can store and forward messages between the systems in a safe way in case of an outtake. And perhaps control the amount of incoming and outgoing messages like a "tap".

ESB examples are Apache Synapse, Apache ServiceMix and JBoss ESB etc.

    Good Morning Andreas.

That sounds like a 'good idea' indeed.

And I then want to propose to open an Idea in this same Community.

To get it seen, voted for and (when possible) implemented in a future release of the CA Service Management products.

Thanks in advance for your effort on this. With kind regards, Louis.

I agree Louis - this is something that would make for a good idea.

Andreas_Eriksson would you mind posting the idea out here with your business use case for it, and then marking this original post as answered?

    Thanks!

    Jon I.

    Good Afternoon Andreas.

While waiting for you to add the Idea for this, I'll mark this question then as 'correct'.

Thanks for your understanding and kind regards, Louis.

    Good Afternoon Andreas.

Thanks for opening this thread: ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)

And I then voted-up for this accordingly.

    Kind regards, Louis.
