I'd like to follow up with screenshots..
If you cannot find CCA 12.8 SP4, please try following steps.
- Type "CA Configuration Automation" in Download Management and Select "Product Downloads Available".
- Select 12.8 SP03.
- Select "SP04" to Service Pack - upper right.
- And then, you can find 12.8 SP4.
