To select and download any individual PTF from the CA Support Portal:
- Login to Support.ca.com to the “Welcome to CA Support”.
- Enter the PTF number into the search box and click on the magnifying glass.
- On the results page, click on the “here” in:
"For Solution and Problem search results, click here”
- You should be presented with the link to the solution for download.
Click on the link and select the solution then proceed to download.
