Hello @MainframeSupport,
In order to view your cases, you will need to log in to support.ca.com->Select " My cases" and you will see a list of open cases that you have opened. You must be an enterprise user in order to access this portion of the portal. If you want to see all the cases under a specific site Id you can select the search tab and enter the company site ID. Please keep in mind you must be associated with the Site Id in order to view all cases.
