I've notified my management team and will contact the appropriate team to get this addressed. Thank you for informing us of the problem.
It looks like the problem could be browser related. I see the same thing when using IE, but I don't have any issues when using Chrome. try another browser if one is available. Otherwise, please call into CA Support (1-800-225-5224) and open a case.
