I have installed SNMP connector 4.2.00 on top of Catalyst Container 3.4.2. I have deployed the custom SNMP policy which I have written and I believe it is not being triggered. I am getting an exception in EI Intercepter log as mentioned below.

EIIntercepter:There is no ClassName in input map or ClassName is an empty string. Unable to transform Request = + <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

May I know if someone have a suggestion on this?

    Thanks,

    KC

    Hi Krishna,

without seeing the policy there is no way to give any comments what might go wrong.

You can post the policy here or send it to me Michael.Boehm@ca.com.

Also attach the trap that is supposed to trigger the policy.

    Hi Mike,

I am going to send you the policy and the trap through email.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks a lot for your support. Now the policy is working with Catalyst 3.4.1 and not with Catalyst 3.4.2. You helped me at the policy areas as well and that's a great help for me.

One more thing that you have suggested is that the custom policy should be deployed at CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\data\Core\Catalogpolicy\extensions and it is working.

    Thanks,

    Krishna
