  • 1.  Support ticket login error

I am trying to log a support case, and forgot my password.  I sent a request to reset my password, and when I click on the link, the password reset seems to be successful, however, now I get this error when I try to login:

We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.

Anyone know what I can do about this?

    Hi KC,

I have checked your account and have noticed that you have access to your Partner ID but are set up as a Basic User for Support. In order to raise a support case you would have to upgrade your account from a Basic User account to an Enterprise Support account. I will email your Site ID privately.

As per the error message: Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings. I will raise a case on your behalf to have this investigated.

    Thanks,

    Elke

    Hi Elke.

I'm having this problem too. Would you please help me?

My coworker don't have the same problem. He's able to login. I believe that is something wrong in my profile.

    Thanks,

    Fabrício

    Hi KC,

We have upgraded your Basic Support account to an Enterprise Support account. Please click here in order to find the Site ID we have associated your account to.

Upgrading an account may lead to a password corruption and you will receive an email asking you to reactivate your password. This is due to security purposes and to make you aware that changes have been performed to your account.

Please reactivate your password and try to log in. Let us know if you are still getting the Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) error message.

    Thanks,

    Elke

    Hi KC Hogan,

I have verified that you can access the case management without getting the error.

If your question has been answered, would you be able to mark it correct. This will update the question allowing others with similar questions know that you have received a helpful answer.

    Thanks,
    Elke
