    Hello.

Unfortunately this community is not for ITCM.

    You can use this community.

I have moved this to the correct community.

Please make sure that the Domain Manager, DSM Explorer are also at 14.0 SP2 and that the Software Content Download job has run successfully.

    Hello,

Yes class_id=5478 is "SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12" :

With this SQL Query you could check if the class_id exists in database :

    use mdb
    select * from ca_class_def where class_id=5478

If it is not found in database then it could be a problem with Software Content Download job attached to an Engine which is in Error or not executed for a long time.

In this case check the CIC logs on ITCM DOMAIN under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CIC\logs

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    Jean-Yves

    Hello,

    So table ca_class_def is ok.

    Another things to check :

1- Check if following SQL query returns this row :

    select * from ca_class_hierarchy where child_class_id=5478

If this line is not present in database then there is a problem with Software Content Download job.

2-  Check if DSM Explorer used is at least version R14.0 (R14.0, SP1 or SP2).

    Otherwise upgrade it to R14.0, R14 SP1 or R14 SP2

On DSM Explorer, the date of file CA\DSM\Agent\OSConfig.xml should be at least 25th of March 2016 and the size >= 75 Kb

    Regards,

    Jean-Yves
