  • 1.  how to import CIs (e.g. CPU,RAM,so on) from CA UIM?

    Hello!

     

    I have installed the Catalyst Container 3.4.1 and the CA UIM Connector 3.8.22, but in the Operation Console (Service Modeler) just appear the filesystems of servers monitored by CA UIM.

     

    Is there any way to import all CIs monitored by CA UIM?

     

    The CA SOI version is 4.0 CU1 SP2 and the CA UIM version is 8.5.1.

    Hi Adrian,

     

    did you follow the process of configuring what you want to see as individual granular CIs according to:

    Outbound Operations from CA UIM Connectors - CA Service Operations Insight Connectors - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    And there are more advanced options to get more CI types in, according to:
