    Hi All,

     

    We are happy to announce the availability of Plex r.7.2.1 Cumulative PTF build 002.

    It has successfully published and available for download from the CA support site (support.ca.com) with Fix number # RO99273.

    but I only can see :

    Can't see RO99273. Shouldn't it be here?

    Jorge,

     

      I agree that the PTF721.024.002 should be in the list that's in your post.  I will email Vijay to see if he can update it.

     

      In the mean time, you can go to CA Plex and PTF721.024.002 will be the top item in the Solutions section.

      A direct link to the PTF is CUMULATIVE FIX BUILD FOR PLEX 7.2.1 (PTF721.024.002) .

    Thank you for reporting the link - Yes, the page does not list PTF 002 entry. We are in process of updating the page.

    Hi All,

     

    We have identified a problem with Plex r7.2.1 PTF build 002 in Plex IDE. Please refer problem solution 2530 & Hyper fix for details.

    The HYPER fix has been prepared and is available for download from support site with APAR #RO99842.

    We would recommend to download & install the HYPER fix.

     

    Note: This HYPER fix is only applicable for Plex r7.2.1 PTF build 002.

    Hi Jorge,

     

    Sorry for inconvenience caused. There seems problem in support site.

    Could you please try following:

    - Sign out from support.ca.com and then sign in again.

    - If possible, use Microsoft Edge browser to login into support.ca.com.

     

    Regarding solution search (last post - 'Invalid Apar Number input') - please remove the dot '.' from search text, that should work as it looks for exact string APAR match.

    Hi Arun, regarding solution 2530, in fact, I saw it with Chrome. Thanks! Regarding apar RO99842, you are right. Now downloaded.

    Note that after installing this PTF, you'll have to regenerate and compile all C++ dll (screen) functions as the old functions do not properly interact with the new runtime dll's. Especially event handling according to field-focus (for example Prompting) is broken.
