1. Do changes to the file on the Domain Orchestrator propagate to any other load balanced orchestrator in the environment or do I have to edit the file on all orchestrators and agents in the environment?
2. Does the orchestrator service need to be restarted on the Domain orchestrator or any orchestrator after an edit to the properties file?
Changes to the oasisconfig.properties file are not propagated across in a clustered environment, so changes must be made to the file on each server.
A restart is required for those changes to be read - again, each server must be restarted.
