When will these patches be available? Microsoft issues emergency Windows update for processor security bugs | The Verge

Patch publication goals  (see https://support.ca.com/phpdocs/0/5585/5585_Supported_Content.pdf)  for individual patches are as follows:

•   Windows 7 SP1 32/64 bit              -              36 hours after release

•   Windows 8.1 32/64 bit                   -              72 hours after release

•   Windows Server 2008 R2 Sp1      -              72 hours after release

•   Windows Server 2012 R2              -              72 hours after release

•   Windows Server 2012                     -              6 days after release

•   Windows Vista SP2 32/64 bit       -              7 days after release

•   Windows Server 2008 SP2            -              7 days after release

For Windows 10/Windows Server 2016 we support only cumulative updates, with a publication goal of 7 days after release, so I’m not sure how that will play out for this patch.

NOTE: These are stated publication goals only, not a guarantee. These particular patches may require significant testing which may potentially delay their release. You should also be aware that these patches rely on firmware updates from the processor manufacturers to function, which may complicate our content team’s testing and will certainly also complicate your own rollout.

The Microsoft Patches have now been made available in Patch Manager.
