  • 1.  USERSTORE in CA App Experience Analytics

    Hi All ,

    We are using CA DXI for AXA & APM.

    In CA AXA (CA App Experience Analytics)Client wants to change USERSTORE from current name to there company name.Is there any way how we can change it ?

    The tenant name on AXA Saas (DXI - Cloud) is generated based on the Email currently.

    During sign up if the customer does not provide a Company Name/ORG name, we use the sign in email as our tenant name by default.

     

    We can change the names on the backend D/B where the info is stored (under MCC_tenants), but this is more of a ask for SaaS Ops to check if they allow changes to SaaS D/B
