    Hi Team,
in the xFlow Analyst Interface I want to select a CI shown in the Environment list of the user to add it directly as configuration item to the Incident. Is this possible? How can I manage this?

    Hi Bärbel.

Great to see you online again !.

I'm not aware that this is possible through xFlow. How about creating an idea for this useful functionality?

    Best regards

    ...........Michael

    Hi Michael,
    I created the idea

"xFlow create incident, select CI directly from user's environment list"
You can  follow up the status.

    Regards Baerbel
