  • 1.  Unable to login in Spectrum One Click & Admin console after changing the Hostname

    Hi we have changed the Spectro server hostname in below mentioned files -

    -$SPECROOT/.hostrc     $SPECROOT/.installrc     $SPECROOT/UI-CONFIG.<hostname>     $SPECROOT/LS/.locrc     $SPECROOT/.LocalRegFile     $SPECROOT/.corbarc     $SPECROOT/SG-Support/CsRe

     

    After that the SpectroServer is able to start via Spectro Control Panel however we are unable to login in Spectrum One Click & Admin console.

     

    Please suggest the necessary action on this issue.

    Hi, Yes i followed the same link. however post doing the configuration we are unable to login in One click application & Spectrum Admin console.

     

    In One click login window we are getting an error SPC-OCA-10478 No Spectro Server is available. But in spectrum control panel Spectro server is running

    Spectrum is case-sensitive - so would be good to double-check the username

     

    Should the issue be still there, would suggest you to open ticket with us.

    Hi after replacing the hostname in ./tomcat/webapps/spectrum/META-INF/context.xml file issue is resolved. thanks

    No problem - that's good to know
