After installing CP01 to PAM 4.3 SP02, the Process Instances link is missing from the Operations tab on the web interface.
Looking for ways to correct.
Clearing your browser cache should hopefully resolve this for you.

Yes I open a Support Case and Michael help me lol. The solution is the kb.
When this was an issue, usually, pam warned us to clear cache before first login on a new version, there is a kb about that also.
