  • 1.  Create new CO from template from URL on SharePoint or email

    A customer of ours has asked

    "Is it possible to create a url that when clicked will open a new change order based off a saved template"

    What they are trying to achieve is the creation of a section on their Change Management SharePoint site that contains a set of links to CA Service Desk change order templates that will open a new Change Order based on the associated template.
