Is there any way to delete or flush the Performance data related to servers alone which are installed with system edge in remote poller for all the servers at a time.

Look for devices with model "SystemEDGE" in CA PC , make a list of them and find the associated "ID" and use the REST to delete

Sorry it was for eHealth , have selected all -SH element related to windows and Linux and deleted 

If its for eHealth dont delete with just looking at "-SH" . Take a look at the Element Type field and filter by "SystemEDGE". There would be some servers with Element Type as " Generic System" which are not "SystemEDGE" servers and even these might be deleted if selecting all "-SH" elements
